As a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Trainer (and a mom), I’ve combined expert guidance with real-life experience to walk with you every step of the way. From Week 5 to Week 40, you’ll get 4 workouts per week that evolve with you as your body changes - so you can feel good, move safely, and build strength that lasts.
