Daily movement is a key part of your fitness journey. Aim for a 30-minute walk, play with your kids, or simply get outside & MOVE YOUR BODY! If you’re craving more, feel free to jog or run, take your favorite workout class, ride your bike (or Peloton), or choose any activity you enjoy. Consistency matters more than intensity—just keep moving.

OPTIONAL CORE:
Core work is already built into your weekly workouts. If you’d like a little extra, head to the “SORT BY” and choose a core session.
*If adding a core workout, I suggest repeating the same core session 2-3x in the same week for best results.
