CORE RESTORE (2-5 WEEKS)

You may start part 2 as soon as you have mastered part 1.
The goal of part 2 is to learn to engage your core muscles effectively, supporting midsection stability and better movement. It also strengthens the connection between your deep core, pelvic floor, and your neuromuscular system.
Each session can be done 1-2 times per day or every other day. Each session is meant to be done at least 2-3 days before moving on. If you need more time to fully master a skill, feel free to repeat that session daily until you’re confident and ready to move on. Roughly 4-5 Weeks.
