WEEKLY WORKOUTS | MARCH 10 - 16

Here at SASS you will have 4 brand new workouts drop weekly! We will have a quarterly 6-week challenge to keep you engaged and crushing your goals. Between 6-week challenges, we will have "Bridge Weeks" which is what we are in right now for March. During Bridge Weeks you will get 4 weekly workouts (2 upper body & 2 lower body). "SCULPT" workouts are our strength-building workouts where we will weave progressive overload moves into the workouts. "SWEAT" workouts are where we get down and dirty (and sweaty) with HIIT-style workouts.

All you need for these workouts: DBs (2-3 Sets), Miniband, Long Band & a Box/Bench/Chair/Couch, + 30 Minutes!

*Every workout is Pregnancy-friendly, but don't let that fool you - they will still help you CRUSH your goals even if you aren't pregnant.
