    A HUGE part of your fitness journey is to MOVE DAILY. Make daily movement a part of your life!

    In addition to daily movement, I suggest 2x per week doing a 30-minute walk, jog, or chase your kids around the backyard. I put this as Wednesday & Weekend.

    I recommend 1 on Wednesday & 1 weekend day...
